ALTMAN FOUNDATION SUPPORTS ORGANIZATIONAL REDESIGN AND EXECUTIVE SEARCH & TRANSITION MANAGEMENT

The transition of top leadership is challenging no matter what the circumstances. Retirement, illness, change of living situations, off for another position – replacing a top executive in a nonprofit is always fraught with risk. The Altman Foundationunderstands this challenge and in their commitment to the critical nonprofits in New York City has once again provided support for our program that helps nonprofit organization find the right new leader. This year, for the first time, their $50,000 grant will also support the exploration of organizational redesign – helping nonprofits consider such approaches as shared services, acquisitions, alliances, and mergers – as a method for strengthening their commitment to the communities they serve. This grant keeps our programs affordable especially in the area of Searching for your next great leader.
