Lead New Jersey (LNJ) educates, empowers and engages talented leaders to create systemic change around New Jersey’s most challenging issues. Its goal is to make New Jersey a better place to live and work through informed, effective leadership. LNJ opens challenging possibilities to a highly select group of Fellows and introduces them to cutting edge issues that shape our lives and the decision makers who are guiding the State.
After undertaking a very thorough organizational assessment, the Support Center provided an Interim President to Lead New Jersey with the following goals:
- Strengthen management practices,
- Recruit vigorous new class of Fellows, and organize and manage a seminar series,
- Undertake a review of fundraising, grants and events management and communications.
