In February 2018, Support Center began working with Fulfill (formerly the FoodBank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties) on a full executive transition management project, starting with an interim placement process to find a leader who could stabilize and manage the organization throughout the transition to new full-time, long-term leadership. In April 2018, the Board hired Amy Jolin, and she served as Interim ED for one year before Kim Guadagno was recruited and hired as the full-time Executive Director. Kim has been a Monmouth County resident for nearly 30 years and served previously as the Monmouth County Sheriff and the state’s first Lieutenant Governor.
