Leaders\, managers and board members are finding themselves navigating in extremely stressful times. From maintaining cohesiveness and trust in a remote environment to making hard decisions with far-reaching impact. Along with everything in between: how do I deal with all of this uncertainty? How do I communicate it to my staff and stakeholders? What assumptions should we make\, and who makes them? Wait or act now? Who decides? What criteria do we use to make critical decisions? How do I achieve clarity when everything is so ambiguous? \nSupport Center’s Navigators have been assisting our partners through these uncertainties to help find clarity\, rally teams\, resolve conflict\, bolster communication\, and create plans to emerge from this crisis intact.
