Performance management is a continuous process that promotes and improves employee effectiveness through a regular feedback loop that considers both an employee’s work objectives and their overall contribution to the organization. More than just an annual performance review\, performance management is the ongoing practice of setting objectives\, assessing progress and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure that employees are meeting their objectives and career goals. This workshop is designed to enhance a manager’s capacity to develop his/her employees and benefit the organization through its growth and contributions \nIn this workshop\, participants will: \n\nLearn the continuous process of performance management (planning\, monitoring\, developing\, performance review\, reward)\nDiscuss HR’s role in the performance management process\nReview tools for effective performance reviews that align with strategic personal and organizational goals\n\nLearn more about our certificate programs! \nFacilitator:\n \nAli Glaser is a certified executive coach\, master facilitator\, and dynamic trainer with over 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations. Ali leads enterprise-wide learning and development for a statewide healthcare organization. \nIn 2021\, Ali founded Ali Glaser Executive Performance\, providing leadership training\, executive coaching\, and keynote presentations. She specializes in preventing burnout and promoting self-care through her “All In!” philosophy. Ali coaches individuals at all levels\, from emerging leaders to executives\, across corporate\, non-profit\, healthcare\, education\, and legal sectors. \nCertified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)\, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI)\, and the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC)\, Ali integrates human behavior insights\, the Enneagram\, and Positive Intelligence (PQ) to enhance leadership and team performance. \nShe holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Penn State. Recent appointments include Managing Director at SAE Behavioral Health Consulting\, Interim Deputy Executive Director at the Human Services Council\, Interim Chief Development Officer at Oliver Scholars and Executive Director at Grace Institute\, a workforce development program. Brigid has done extensive consulting in fundraising\, nonprofit management\, C-suite coaching\, multiracial/ multicultural team building\, diverse board development & governance\, and training with an anti-racist lens. She holds a master’s in public administration from Columbia University and B.A. in English from Vassar College. Brigid’s practice is grounded in the organizing principles of the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond and focuses on the concentration of power in organizations.
