Since 1968, Integrity, Inc. has provided comprehensive and successful rehabilitation services for individuals with a substance use disorder. In addition to our CARF accreditation, we are recognized statewide as a leader in addiction services. We provide residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and supportive housing for individuals with substance use and other co-occurring mental health diagnoses to prepare for ongoing community-based treatment and recovery.
Integrity House seeks an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our 17-person finance team.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility to meet fiscal requirements of grants and contracts from application/renewal through final closing
Maintains and updates staff allocations
Maintains fixed asset subledger
Obtain billing documentation and prepare Fee for Service invoices
Analyze spend rate of grants and communicate to program staff
Support the preparation of year-end audit requirements related to grants and fixed assets
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another quantitative major. Master’s Degree a plus.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience focused on grant fiscal requirements and reporting, interaction with funders and financial analysis.
Physical / Medical Requirements:
Prior to hire, candidates are required to have a recent physical examination, show documentation of COVID vaccination or eligibility for an exemption, and have a negative TB skin test and positive titers for the MMR.
