Reporting to the Executive Director, oversee all aspects of the Comprehensive Appraisal Studies Program and art studies program.
Position includes, but not limited to the following:
Cultivate potential students;
Manage student applications and admissions process;
Ensure students have an optimum classroom experience: in-person and virtual;.
Implement training programs: securing instructors, scheduling, assignments and space requirements.
Oversee existing students and alumni;
Coordinate Mentorship program;
Ordering and shipping books and materials for students; developing and branding all collateral materials;
Liaison with instructors, staff and mentors
· 5 years of relevant experience
· Details-oriented multitasker
· Creative problem-solver with ability to foresee and troubleshoot unexpected challenges
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· Ability to work well with a small team
Arts administration; education administration; event planning
Proficient Word processing, spreadsheet (proficient); online platforms; Computer Management Systems.
