The Director of Talent and Human Resources will report to the Executive Director and be a member of the Senior Management team. The Director will work collaboratively with all staff to implement and sustain talent-related strategies and systems that make LEAP a high-performing, rewarding, equitable and inclusive workplace. The Director will develop and manage talent practices that recruit and retain the best suited people, facilitate employee performance and engagement, develop people and support growth, and help lead a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
