Workshop Fees & Policies
Use the sliding scale below to determine your workshop fee.
Fees are based on your organization’s latest operating budget (total support and revenue) for the past year. If you don’t know your organization’s budget, please visit www.guidestar.org

Check our workshop calendar for a current list of courses and to register. Some workshops may have additional fees.
Credit Card: We accept payment with all major credit cards through our secure on-line platform or over the phone.
Check: If you need to pay by check, please contact (212) 924-6744 ext. 309 or email Lakimja Mattocks, Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships and Learning. Payments by check must be received prior to the workshop, and one week before the workshop if it is sold out to guarantee your spot (you will be notified if a workshop sells out). If that is not possible, please notify the Support Center.

- Enter the code in the ‘code’ section of the registration page
- Write the voucher number or message in the comments box.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Support Center Cancellations
The Support Center reserves the right to cancel any workshop. We will give participants as much notice as possible. If we cancel a workshop, participants will receive a full refund, or, if they prefer, a credit to use for another course.
If you cannot attend a workshop, you are welcome to substitute another member of your organization. Please email us to let us know so we can make the change.
Please make every effort to attend the event you have registered for.
If you cannot attend a workshop, please email us at least 48 hours prior to the start date.
Cancellations made prior to two days (48 hours) before the workshop are eligible for:
- Credit to an upcoming workshop for equal or lesser value
Cancellations made one day (24 hours) before the workshop are eligible for:
- Credit to an upcoming workshop of equal or lesser value
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice are not eligible for a credit or refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel workshops and change facilitators. We will inform participants as soon as possible in each of these cases
- A maximum of three (3) individuals from the same organization can attend each workshop
