We’ve seen any number of different approaches for organizations taking into account diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). From customized trainings that explore areas for DEIB growth to coaching and consulting efforts that look at structures, policies, and procedures, Support Center helps organizations to create the kind of time and space that allows for community building, reflection and questioning, and open and honest dialogue about equity and inclusion. We have learned that this is not “one size fits all” but that there are certain essential questions and essential elements to this work.
