CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Support Center Cancellations

Support Center reserves the right to cancel any workshop. We will give participants as much notice as possible. If we cancel a workshop, participants will receive a full refund, or, if they prefer, a credit to use for another course.

Substitutions

If you cannot attend a workshop, you are welcome to substitute another member of your organization. Please email us to let us know so we can make the change.

Cancellations

Please make every effort to attend the event for which you have registered.

If you cannot attend a workshop, please email us at least 48 hours prior to the start date.

Cancellations made two days (48 hours) or more before the workshop are eligible for:

  • Credit to an upcoming workshop for equal or lesser value
  • Refund

Cancellations made one day (24 hours) before the workshop are eligible for:

  • Credit to an upcoming workshop of equal or lesser value

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the workshop start time are not eligible for a credit or refund.

All workshop payments are expected BEFORE the workshop date. Registrants who DO NOT cancel the workshop are expected to submit payment. Non-payment will result in you and/or your organization being unable to register for futures workshops until invoices are paid in full.
