The next President & Executive Director will provide operational and transformational leadership, working closely with the Board of Trustees to strengthen the organization and help shape its future direction. Priorities include financial sustainability, alumni engagement, strategic partnerships, program relevance, resource
development, organizational effectiveness, and statewide visibility.
