Geier graduated from Fordham University in 1981 and founded Cause Effective, a nonprofit, until 1995, offering consultation and training to 2,000+ nonprofits, publishing three books, and organizing 500+ special events. In 1995, he launched CineMuse, distributing video content to museums. In 2004, he established the LOVE, HALLIE Foundation, promoting youth philanthropy, impacting over 60 million people globally through collaborations with Oprah Winfrey and the Nelson Mandela Foundation.
