Rehva Jones is an expert in organizational change and data-informed operational excellence. As the Principal of Essential Strategies, LLC, Jones's engagements have included management reform projects, including strategic planning and organizational change management toward equity and inclusion goals for public sector agencies and nonprofit organizations.

Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management with honors from Mercy University in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University's Carey School of Business. She is a doctoral candidate in the Higher Education Administration program at the University of Wyoming. Her research interests center on first-generation women of color pursuing graduate degrees.
