With an unwavering dedication spanning more than 25 years, Lisa White, LCSW-R, has passionately devoted her professional journey to championing the well-being of vulnerable children and their families in New York. As a highly skilled and licensed psychotherapist in private practice, Lisa not only provides specialized therapeutic services focusing on trauma but also extends her expertise to individuals and couples grappling with challenges such as depression, anxiety, workplace stress, and other stressors.

In addition to her impactful clinical work, Lisa assumes the role of CEO at L White Consulting, LLC, where she spearheads an organization committed to providing robust capacity-building services. Operating within a human-centered and inclusive framework, the consultancy transforms workspaces and empowers staff through an array of services, including training, organizational consultations, strategic planning, coaching, job fairs, networking functions, and training retreats.

Lisa's illustrious career boasts diverse leadership roles, where she has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing, creating, and developing programs within community-based organizations (CBOs), hospitals, mental health, early childhood, and child welfare. Her extensive expertise spans early childhood, home-visiting, clinic operations, and hospital-based programs, offering a comprehensive spectrum of services encompassing training, administrative support, and clinical guidance. As a consultant, trainer, and coach, Lisa places a profound emphasis on leadership infused with an anti-racist lens, championing collaborative and inclusive forms of leadership that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Educationally, Lisa earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Hampton University. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work at the Institute of Clinical Social Work in Chicago, Lisa remains steadfast in her commitment to advancing her knowledge and contributing significantly to the ever-evolving field of social work.
