Courageous Conversations . . . sometimes known as Difficult Conversations

May 6, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm EDT

Do you dread certain conversations with staff or colleagues? Worry about how to convey the right message? What is it that makes these conversations hard?

In this workshop we will deconstruct what makes some conversations feel difficult and learn how to manage the variables that can contribute to challenging discussions.  We will talk about the tools available to us – both in person and remotely – to prepare for and engage in tough conversations respectfully and constructively.
