In this second installment of “Leading in Turbulent Times,” we’ll focus on helping organizations to navigate the inevitable transitions that are coming. Drawing upon research and literature from psychology, organizational development, and leadership and management, we’ll share a few frameworks to help you to “process” the organizational changes that are now underway for all of us. Plus, in this interactive session, we’ll be sure to make space for you to hear from other organizations and to realize that we are most definitely not alone.

In this workshop, participants will:

• Familiarize ourselves with relevant frameworks for understanding organizational transition;
• Connect with other leaders facing similar challenges and opportunities;
• Define next steps for how to talk about this within your own organization
