Do you wonder how to get the best performance out of your team? Does the thought of the annual review make you shudder?
In this workshop we will discuss performance management as a process, not an event. You will learn skills and competencies that you can use on an ongoing basis to inspire your team and help everybody perform at their best. We will discover tools you can use to provide clarity and constructive feedback in the context of professional development and professional expectations. And we will learn how to apply these skills in both in-person and remote working environments.
