Being in interim is not simply keeping the wheels turning. Interim leadership provides the objective analysis and change management that helps an organization define its future. Think of this interactive session as both a trailer and primer. It will help you decide if you want to see the movie but also give you insights and tools you can use in change management and staff transition at any organization.

Facilitator:

Claas Ehlers has more than two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership. He is the former CEO of Family Promise, a national nonprofit serving families experiencing homelessness. He has worked as a consultant and interim executive since 2022, serving organizations in a wide range of fields. He has expertise in leadership development, change management, federated models, nonprofit start-ups, governance, fund development, and operations.
