Ali Glaser is a certified executive coach, master facilitator, and dynamic trainer with over 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations. Ali leads enterprise-wide learning and development for a statewide healthcare organization. In 2021, Ali founded Ali Glaser Executive Performance, providing leadership training, executive coaching, and keynote presentations. She specializes in preventing burnout and promoting self-care through her “All In!” philosophy. Ali coaches individuals at all levels, from emerging leaders to executives, across corporate, non-profit, healthcare, education, and legal sectors. Certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC), Ali integrates human behavior insights, the Enneagram, and Positive Intelligence (PQ) to enhance leadership and team performance.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Penn State. Based in central New Jersey, Ali is a passionate runner, creative writer, and psychological thriller enthusiast. Married for 26 years, she and her husband, Brian, are the proud parents of 20-year-old Zachary.
