Transforming Together: Navigating the Human Side of Organizational Change
February 18 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm EST
$60Description:
Does your team need to go through significant change to rise to new levels of effectiveness and cohesion, align with new leadership or strategy, or enable new ways of working? There are
potential minefields along the way, in terms of change management. The history of big organizational processes in the nonprofit sector is littered with change processes that fizzled
out, or led to serious internal, protracted conflict and paralysis and left staff demotivated.
In this session, we discuss:
- what nonprofit leaders have learned about how humans absorb
change, and - important behaviors, habits and practices leaders and managers need to maintain.
- You will walk away with greater understanding as well as tools to support your communication,
- maintain staff motivation and deal with resistance as well as reactance to change.
- We will engage in hands-on learning, with worksheets to take away and share with your teams,
- case studies discussed in small groups, and value-add handouts with extra resources.
