Working through Difficult Conversations
October 12 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT$35
Whether it’s a minor infraction like arriving to the office late or discussing performance reviews, many leaders are faced with having difficult conversations. The how is the challenging part and as a result, can sometimes lead to avoidance and an escalated problem. This workshop will not only help you to create a win-win situation but also build a better working relationship as a result of it!
In this workshop, participants will:
- Clearly define the purpose of the conversation with the outcome in mind,
- Gain clarity around when and how to deliver a message that others are open to receive,
- Learn how to receive feedback,
- Turn difficult conversations into a meaningful exchange.
