(“Support Center”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”) provides this site and all related information and services including the code (collectively the “Site” or “site”) subject to the full compliance of the terms and conditions of this Use Agreement (“Agreement”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use the Site. You must also be at least 13 years of age to use the Site.

By using this website, you are showing your acceptance to be bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Support Center may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You should visit this page frequently and or as needed to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding. Please note that the terms “You” and “User” as used below refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this website for any reason.
Services You Are Eligible For
By accessing or using the Site to apply for jobs you or using any of its Services or posting information in our forums, you agree that:
You are an individual of at least 13 years old.
All site users whether representing themselves as an individual or an organization agree not to engage in violence, illegal activity of any kind, discrimination, or hate. Users may not use at any time use the Website to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others, and or violate the privacy, publicity or personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including (a) accessing data not intended (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network (c) to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (d) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network (e) submitting a virus to the Website (f) overloading (g) flooding, (h) spamming, (i) mailbombing, (j) crashing, (k) sending unsolicited e-mail (l) forging TCP/IP packet headers or any part of the header (m) use Support Center service for any unlawful purpose or any illegal activity, or post or submit any content, resume, or job posting that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by Support Center’s discretion. Violations of system or network security can most certainly result in serious civil or significant criminal liability. Support Center will and or may at our discretion investigate occurrences and involve, and or cooperate with law enforcement in prosecuting users that cause or are involved in such violations.
Support Center also prohibits any use of the Website to post incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information; the posting of any franchise, pyramid scheme, club membership or selling any product items or promoting a business; deleting or changing any material posted by any other person or entity; Coping or framing any of the information on the site for unauthorized purposes; engaging in any action that imposes unreasonable or a disproportionate and large load on Support Centers infrastructure; causing our site to not work properly; disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties.
Support Center Job Board
Support Center’s Job Board (herein: Job Board) is designed to help nonprofit, social enterprise, philanthropic organizations/employers, and government agencies with openings that align with our mission (herein: Customer) reach mission-driven candidates for job opportunities. Customer/nonprofit is responsible for (1) all Job Board and content including but not limited to the job text / descriptions, logos, trademarks, images, URLs and all pixels that comprise the Job Board; and (2) all content and property to which the Job Board may direct viewers, as well as redirects (“Destinations”). Each Job Posting must not solicit applications for more than one position. Job postings must be for salaried employees with benefits; Requests for Proposals or Freelance positions will be removed and reimbursed. Job posting will expire upon the expiration/termination of the Job Posting order, all postings expire in 30 days and can be renewed until the position is filled. Customer will not copy, duplicate, scrape or reproduce jobs from a hiring company/organization’s website and upload them to Support Center as Job Board without the hiring organizations prior knowledge and authorization. Where/if a hiring company informs Support Center that a Customer has done so without its prior knowledge and authorization, Support Center reserves the right to remove such Postings immediately and without prior notice to Customer and without a refund. Customer agrees that it will not, and will not enable or authorize any third party, by virtue of the Job Board, Destinations, or use of Support Center, to:
- Ask for social security, protected information, illegal information in your region or solicit sensitive information not part of the traditional hiring process on any Job Posting.
- Create a job posting without a reasonable and legitimate intent to hire for a bona fide open job or the exact position listed;
- Job posting listed on Support Center targeted at children or teenagers (younger than 18). It is against our policies to advertise such posts to on our site;
- Create a job posting that intentionally misrepresents the job, responsibilities, hiring company/organization, or poster of the job;
- Are job posting only created to gain resumes and collect information and not fill a bona fide open job for the exact position listed;
- Fail to clearly disclose in any job posting that a position is commission-based, has nontraditional working conditions or compensation may constitute intentional misrepresentation;
- Post illegal jobs;
- Create job posting that requires payments or recruitment of others or that resemble franchises, club memberships, distributorships;
- Provide identifiable candidate resume or application data to any other parties;
- “Spam” or otherwise contact applicants for purposes other than related to the specific employment opportunity described in the Job Posting;
- Harass, stalk, or contact any applicant after they have asked not to be contacted;
- Create postings in the United States without possessing valid Federal or State Employer Identification Numbers, if applicable, or create job postings that would not allow compliance with applicable tax and employment laws;
- Create job posting that require applicants to pay for employment;
- Soliciting employees by intentional misrepresentation;
- Create job posting or engage in recruitment or hiring practices that would be a violation of the law in Customer’s state or country where the job is to be performed, or employer is located;
- Use any automated means or form of scraping or data extraction to access, modify, download, query or otherwise collect information;
- Copy, modify or create derivative works of the jobs postings or any related technology;
- Create job posting that contains malware, spyware or any other malicious code or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Job Board or any device or system;
- Engage in or use Support Center’s website or Job Board to make solicitations, transactions or any communications that violate any applicable laws or regulations related to the prohibition of employment discrimination, or that violate applicable laws governing legal eligibility to work;
- Engage in any illegal or fraudulent conduct.
Job posting employer services are only for nonprofit organizations, foundations, educational institutions, associations, unions, government, B-corps, and or other entities that are philanthropic in nature or operate as a social enterprise. If any posts are discovered or reported that do not meet this criteria Support Center will remove the posting as soon as discovered and refund if within 30 days of the original posting date.
Applicable Laws and this Agreement
You agree to always comply with all and any applicable laws, and these Terms and Conditions.
Ownership and Content
As a social job site and social network much of the content made available by Support Center is generated and posted by the Users of the Site (like you). Thus, it is the responsibility of all Users of the Site to not purposefully anger others, and or also is fully 100% responsible for the content that he or she posts on Support Center, and or makes available for others to view.
By writing, commenting or posting of any content Support Center, you also fully represent and warranty:
- The information is 100% accurate; and you will update the information as needed to keep it accurate.
- You are entitled to submit the content and it is yours to write or share;
- The information is not confidential in any way to you, or to any other third party;
- The posting of any information is not in violation of any laws, contractual agreements or restrictions, nor does it interfere with any other third party rights or obligations.
- You will not post, comment, or share any materials or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
You are responsible for maintaining your information and password and the confidentiality of this information or any information you obtain through the use of this site. You may not infringe on copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. Information that is suspected of infringing on copyright or other intellectual property rights of others will be removed after a formal complaint is made. Support Center is not responsible (in any way) for a User’s misuse or misappropriation of any content or information that you post in any forums, blogs, and other sections of the Site. We also do not in any way guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. By using the site you acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users, by Support Center staff, or the information on the site is 100% at your own risk.

Support Center acts as, among other things, venues for (i) employers and foundations to post job opportunities and search for and evaluate job candidates (ii) candidates to post resumes and Profiles and search for and evaluate job opportunities. Support Center does not screen or censor the listings, including Profiles offered. Support Center is not involved in, and does not control, the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, Support Center is not responsible (and cannot be) for User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of information in the listings, the ability of employers to offer the job opportunities to candidates or the ability of any candidates to fill job openings in any way and Support Center makes no representations about any job(s), resume(s) or User Content. Support Center cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants on Support Center, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Support Center(and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. While Support Center reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, resumes or other material from Support Center from time to time, Support Center does not assume any obligation to do so and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Website. We are under no obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users. Other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases could be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. Use caution and common sense when using this Website.
If you are a California resident, you agree to waive California Civil Code d1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

All payment and fees paid are 100% non-refundable. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Sites and Services in a timely manner with a valid payment method. Fees may change from time to time without notice. All payment and fees paid are also 100% non-refundable in the event that content is removed from the Site or your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms and Conditions.
Indemnification & Notification
You from your direct or indirect use of the Site or our Services, and for any violation of the Terms and Conditions herein (or content violations) agree to hold harmless and indemnify Support Center, its affiliates, officers, directors, partners, and employees from any and all third party claims, demands, legal letters, proceedings and any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, payments or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. If you believe that you are entitled or forced to act contrary to this Agreement under any law, you also agree to contact us in writing or email and provide us with a comprehensive written explanation of your reasons for your belief. You agree to provide 30 days before you act contrary to this Agreement. We are not obligated to do so, but may consider alternative solutions to the situation to help you.
Support Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this Website and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Website and/or any other service provided to you by the Company, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if Support Center is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Website registration with or ability to access the Website.
You agree to use the Services for your own needs and not at any time to offer (sell, donate, or give) the Services to any third party. Thus, you may not use any portion of Support Center to provide commercial services to third parties in any way.
Limitation of Liability
The aggregate liability for Support Center to you for all claims arising from the use of the Materials is limited to $95.
Please note:if you access our Website at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Support Center makes no claims that the Materials in our Site may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.
Our Terms and conditions are governed by the substantive laws of Oregon, without conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie only with the state or federal courts within Oregon. If any single Term or Condition is to be found invalid by any court having correct jurisdiction, invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and no waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed.
Job Posting Partner Aggregation and Social Media Limitations:
Support Center attempts to send/shares all complete and posted jobs posted on our site with our aggregation partners via rss (and automation) but cannot guarantee inclusion on these partner sites. Aggregation partners have their own Terms and Conditions and requirements for the positions they accept to be posted. Support Center cannot control which positions our aggregation partners include and post on their site. For example, postings that (1) do not conform with the Aggregation Partners Terms and Conditions of the aggregation partners, (2) are not complete or are missing job posting fields, (3) that list more than one physical location, or (4) have already appeared in the past on the partner sites or have, (5) have other issues against their policies, cannot be accepted by partner aggregation sites / social media partners. Job aggregators require unique posting content for each position they include. We also need complete information to be able to share the opening in our rss feed / social media successfully. Jobs posted on Support Center are not guaranteed in any way to be posted on the aggregation partner sites. Please do not post jobs on Support Center if you do not wish for your opening to be shared for potential inclusion with our aggregation partners. Use of Support Center Job Board, website and services are subject to our (Use Agreement) Terms & Conditions.
