Ali Glaser is a certified executive coach, master facilitator, speaker, author, and leadership development professional with more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including more than 20 years in senior and executive leadership roles. Her career has spanned youth development, health care, human services, and higher education, giving her a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing leaders and mission-driven organizations.
Throughout her career, Ali has led people, programs, and organizational initiatives with responsibility for leadership and talent development, learning and development, employee engagement, program development, strategic initiatives, and developing high-performing teams. Her work is grounded in extensive real-world leadership experience and a deep understanding of human behavior, helping leaders and organizations strengthen performance while creating environments in which people can grow and thrive.
Ali is the founder of Ali Glaser Executive Performance, where she works with executives, emerging leaders, teams, and organizations through executive coaching, leadership development, customized training, strategic planning, retreats, facilitation, and consultation. Her areas of practice include executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, organizational and nonprofit leadership, burnout prevention, employee engagement, and workplace well-being. She is particularly passionate about helping leaders strengthen their capacity to lead effectively while sustaining the energy and practices needed to perform at their best.
Ali also brings extensive experience as an educator. She served as an adjunct professor for 16 years, including 10 years at Rutgers University, where she taught a variety of courses, including human behavior, diversity, social welfare policy, and nonprofit organizations. Her experience in higher education strengthens her approach to facilitation and adult learning, allowing her to translate research, theory, and complex ideas into practical strategies that leaders and organizations can apply in their everyday work.
Ali is the author of All In! The 28-Day Reset: A Daily Commitment to Being at Your Best, which explores the connection between self-awareness, energy-management, intentionality, and sustainable performance. Her work reflects her belief that effective leadership begins with how we show up, how we manage our energy, and how intentionally we lead ourselves and others.
On a personal note, Ali is an exercise enthusiast and avid reader of psychological thrillers. She lives in Central New Jersey with her husband and son.
Certifications: Ali holds a Master of Social Work from Temple University and is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and Certified Master Facilitator (CMF).
