Carine Jocelyn Carine Jocelyn is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer in the nonprofit sector with 20+ years of experience. Carine is a motivational mentor and coach who has entered the consulting space and provided professional workshops, DEI capacity building and working to strengthen HR systems by providing executive coaching. Her experience working with various funding streams and multiple sectors has allowed her to be adept at balancing multiple priorities and responding to rapidly changing conditions while respecting different organizational cultures, histories, and work styles. Proficient in nonprofit management, budget development and quality assurance, she has served as a consultant to various health, education, youth and social service agencies. A talented facilitator, she taught the public workshop You’re a New Executive Director – Now What? at Support Center and has facilitated sessions as part of their Leadership Collaborative. She currently serves on the Board of the Support Center for Nonprofit Management, consults for MPG consulting on DEI, anti-racist work and was also selected as a judge for the Non-Profit NY Excellence awards in NYC. Certified as a life coach and trained as an interim Executive Director, Carine is multi-lingual and holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, a master’s degree in public administration and professional certifications in Human Resources and Organizational Development and Leadership. She is passionate about creating change in the world.
