Emily is a nonprofit strategist with more than two decades of experience advancing equity-centered initiatives across education, media, and the social sector. As a consultant, she partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen development infrastructure, clarify strategy, and craft narratives that move funders and communities toward systemic change. Her work is rooted in the belief that storytelling - grounded in data, history, and lived experience - can shift culture and policy alike. In addition to her nonprofit work, Emily is Associate Adjunct Professor at Pace University, where she is also pursuing coursework in their Mental Health Counseling degree program. She was an English Literature major at the University of Virginia and received her MA in Humanities Education at New York University. Emily lives in Ridgefield, CT and finds joy there with her family, her dog, reading books, and on the tennis court.
