Jeff has been an active practitioner in the field of Organization Development (OD) for more than 20 years. His interest in organizational capacity building is always to strengthen the organization’s ability to produce viable, long-term outcomes such as eliminating health disparities in distressed communities. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Jeff was a member of the core team that established the National Center for Training, Support, and Technical Assistance (NCTSTA) at PROCEED, Inc., a national organizational capacity building provider, in 2001. Through NCTSTA, Jeff assumed significant lead roles in major domestic public health initiatives within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) working with leaders at state and local health departments and community-based organizations across the U.S. Twice during his tenure, Jeff was selected by the CDC to co-chair national OD networks representing more than 21 national providers. As a consultant, Jeff has led multiple offshore projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands and consulted on international projects including the development of a primary school in Kenya, East Africa which now serves more than 100 students. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University, and a Master of Administrative Science, Global Leadership and Administration, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
