How to maximize your Organizational Assessments
October 21, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT
$35Description:
It is overwhelming how many different assessments exist in the world and how many different aspects of our work they assess. How do we choose the right one? How do we know if it is assessing what we are looking to assess? How do we make sense of the report after the assessment is completed? And then what?
These are very common questions and very common problems in a saturated market for organizational assessments.
In this webinar, we will cover the range of assessments that exist in the workplace, from staff and executive performance management to board governance, from stages of DEI to organizational life cycles, and organizational assessments that measure organizational capacity. We will discuss Support Center’s approach to integrating organizational assessments into the strategy and actions of an organization and how they can be a powerful vehicle toward creating buy-in and momentum from various stakeholders across an organization.
In this workshop, participants will:
- Learn about the different types of organizational assessments that exist and some examples of assessments in each category with a range in pricing
- Learn about Support Center’s organizational assessment process and how to maximize the results and implement take-aways with intention
- Discuss pain-points of past assessment processes and provide peer-to-peer consultation on discovered practices that worked, as well as failed attempts to avoid
