In today’s fast-paced business world, many leaders face the constant challenge of balancing leadership responsibilities with personal well-being. This interactive workshop, led by executive coach and leadership development expert Ali Glaser, will empower leaders to recognize the early signs of burnout, implement strategies for sustainable well-being, and maintain peak performance while fostering a healthy workplace culture. Drawing on Ali’s “Be All In” philosophy, this session will offer practical tools to help leaders stay fully engaged in their roles while prioritizing personal and professional fulfillment.

Learning Objectives:

Identify Burnout Indicators Early: Learn to recognize the physical, emotional, and behavioral signs of burnout in yourself and your team before they lead to disengagement and decreased performance.

Adopt Sustainable Leadership Practices: Explore strategies to maintain peak performance without compromising personal well-being, including setting boundaries, delegating effectively, and promoting a balanced work environment.

Facilitator:

Ali Glaser is a certified executive coach, master facilitator, and dynamic trainer with over 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations. Ali leads enterprise-wide learning and development for a statewide healthcare organization.

In 2021, Ali founded Ali Glaser Executive Performance, providing leadership training, executive coaching, and keynote presentations. She specializes in preventing burnout and promoting self-care through her “All In!” philosophy. Ali coaches individuals at all levels, from emerging leaders to executives, across corporate, non-profit, healthcare, education, and legal sectors.

Certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC), Ali integrates human behavior insights, the Enneagram, and Positive Intelligence (PQ) to enhance leadership and team performance.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Penn State. Based in central New Jersey, Ali is a passionate runner, creative writer, and psychological thriller enthusiast.
