This workshop will provide the essentials for any interview and demystify the art of the interview conversation.
In this workshop, participants will:
The generic essentials of the interview
How to prepare and tailor the interview to the specific job and team
Ways to get a shared sense of values, priorities and shared vision
Where the pitfalls lie
That the interview is really the first element of onboarding
NOTE: This workshop is a required course for the Leadership and Supervision Certificate.
Facilitator:
Lee Botnick consults on organizational structure and development, human resources operations and strategy, system evaluation and implementation, risk management, and coaching and mentoring. Lee’s professional experience includes work in human resources, corporate communications, program implementation, and hospital administration in the nonprofit and healthcare worlds of New York City. She began her career in New York City government, working for Mayor Ed Koch on social service issues. Lee holds a BA from Barnard College.
