Support Center’s next New Executive Director Institute will be held on September 24, October 1, and October 8, 2024! The application is currently open. Applications will be reviewed and admissions decisions will be made on a rolling basis until August 12. Register for the Summer Nonprofit Board Retreat. Open to Monmouth & Ocean Counties!
The Support Center and the Grunin Foundation are working together on a two-day nonprofit board retreat that will offer attendees tools, frameworks, and approaches for understanding the role of individual board members and the functioning of the board as a whole. Hosted on Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13 from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET. Learn more here.

As part of Support Center’s suite of services to nonprofits, the Organizational Navigation Program pairs organizations with an experienced non-profit leader to support long term change. The program focuses on supporting nonprofits struggling with critical strategic issues such as shifts in the operating environment or growth planning. Support Center’s approach is to partner authentically with each organization from intake through project completion by pairing them with consultants and navigators who work to identify pain points, collaborate around solutions, and co-create new paths.
