Lee Botnick has worked in the nonprofit and healthcare worlds of New York City for over 25 years. As the Principal of LWB Consulting she provides expertise and solutions on organizational structure and development, HR operations and strategy, staff development and training, coaching and mentoring, system evaluation and implementation, and risk management. In addition to HR and operations, her responsibilities have spanned corporate communications, policy development, program implementation and hospital administration. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Barnard College and began her career in City government working in the Mayor’s office for Mayor Ed Koch on social service issues. Lee serves as an executive board member for a local community organization and serves on the board of nonprofit organization that supports international work.
