The Leadership Collaborative 2018

Support Center proudly presents The Leadership Collaborative for emerging social sector leaders. This program integrates existing elements of Support Center leadership and supervision workshops into a leadership community of practice. The collaborative introduces an opportunity for Social and Public Sector professionals of color interested in developing their leadership capabilities and management skills for executive roles. We are looking to attract a diverse group of middle managers and emerging leaders interested in a hand-crafted plan designed to achieve leadership goals. Professionals should be ready and eager to enhance Financial Management and Organizational Development skills, as well as accelerate positive social change in their organization and sector.

The program will run from March 2018 through November 2018 and will include in-person cohort gatherings complemented by a monthly online community of practice meetings. We are addressing the leadership deficit, diversifying the current landscape, and transforming organizations in the nonprofit sector through in-class management and leadership practices with this all-new Leadership Collaborative.
